We are happy to welcome international researchers from a broad scope of disciplines to participate in the 19th International E. Thil Conference on Retailing & Consumption, hosted by the University of Lille 2 Institute of Management & Marketing Distribution. The conference takes place 13-14 October 2016 in Roubaix, France.

Alternatively with the International EAERCD Conference, the E. Thil Conference focuses every other year on international retailing, proposing European and International scholars to present their research (in english).

Reserve the dates and be prepared to submit in early 2016!

Interdisciplinary research is especially welcome. Conference themes will cover a variety of perspectives, encompassing historical, geographical, sociological and economic approaches to exploring major issues in the field of retailing.

Research include the theoretical and methodological pluralism that E. Thil Conference encompasses : consumer behaviour, experimental research, interpretative studies, analysis of transaction data, and neuromarketing approaches.

The 19th International Etienne Thil Conference will be held and hosted by the University of Lille 2 Institute of Management & Marketing Distribution, new Retail campus, Roubaix, France, in partnership with the PICOM (Pôle de compétitivité des Industries du COMmerce), FCA (Fédération du Commerce Associé), and FCD (Fédération du Commerce et de la Distribution).

Congratulations for all the fellows who have submitted their research to the scientific committee. We strongly encourage the authors whose paper has been rejected to pursue their research.

Final papers : 5th of September (please follow the guidelines of JOurnla of Retailing, with a maximum of 20 pages all references, figures and appendices included).
